Purpose Strenght Mode® is a new measurement model created to evaluate, diagnose and enhance the generation of a shared purpose in organizations.
It analyzes the levers on which to enhance the development of an organization with purpose, the degree to which workers have it internalized, the variables that accelerate or slow down indoor stension and the impact that all this has on the organization.

Research on Purpose

Purpose Strenght Model ® was born as a result of the project of l+D+i Measuring the Purpose in which l.500 employees and 350 managers from 20 companies in 4 different countries are surveyed, and that aims to deep in the development of organizations with a strong sense of purpose and establish an international standard measurement program in that field of knowledge.
The measurement model has been developed by professors Alvaro Lleó (Tecnun).
Carlos Rey (UIC) and Nuria Chinchilla (lESE) with the support and collaboration of the Chair of Mission Management of UIC Barcelona, the company DPMC and Corporate Excellence – Centre.far Reputation Leadership.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Through this model, we offer a complete evaluation and a diagnostic report to initiate a process of transformation towards an organization with a strong sense of purpose.

Implementation method:

We take the pulse to the organization surveying managers and workers, guaranteeing their anonymity and the confidentiality of their responses.

We make a diagnosis about the degree to which an organization has internalized corporate purpose, contrasting the information of managers with that of workers and comparing it also with that of similar companies

We design a custom action plan to initiate a process of transformation to a shared purpose organization.
